In the course of our principal PERGAN‘s implementation of the REACH-regulation we have to inform you that PEROXAN BD-Paste 50 SI has to be reclassified due to the change in classification of Di-(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl)-peroxide. PERGAN will implement this reclassification with immediate effect (September 21st, 2016).
Change(s):
– Repr. 1B H360 May damage fertility or the unborn child.
Please have in mind that they will carry out this change at the above stated date. However, there will be a transition period in which it is possible that your company still receives material with the prior labelling. PERGAN will try to keep this transition period as short as possible.
